In the case of email, you can either choose to quarantine the message (in Pre-Review Email Mode), preventing non-compliant emails from reaching their intended recipients, or allow the delivery of the non-compliant email while maintaining a copy for later review (in Post-Review Email Mode).

For instant messages, AdvisorMail captures each chat transcript and stores it for later review, enabling email compliance officers to track any questionable behavior.

Compliance violations within a trapped email or chat transcript are highlighted for easy review, streamlining your auditing process. Our monitoring editors give you control over your organization's email and instant message communications while remaining completely transparent to the end-user.
